By creating an account or using GhaBizHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may only list businesses you own or are authorised to represent. Listings must be accurate and lawful. We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, defamatory, or incentivised reviews are prohibited and may be removed. Businesses may not post reviews about themselves or competitors.

Only verified or premium businesses may post jobs. Postings must be for genuine opportunities and must not be discriminatory or misleading.

Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event details and for honouring RSVPs and tickets. GhaBizHub is not responsible for the conduct of events listed on the platform.

GhaBizHub and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

GhaBizHub is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
